Beautiful 12 Unit Building

Replaces Dilapidated multi-unit structure

Existing severely neglected building was demolished and construction has begun on a 4 story, 12 unit building which will breathe new life into this community. Two of the units will be designated as affordable. Property is 5,112 Sq. Ft. of land in a residential area of Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood, which is experiencing community development and growth. We participated in extended outreach with the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council, local elected and appointed officials, abutting property owners, nearby residents and other interested parties to seek out their input on the project. It has been met with near unanimous community support.
